Helping Adolescents, young Adults & their families Navigate Life transitions & “Adulting”
Life is rarely easy. It's even more difficult if you are learning to cope with a serious mental health issue, trauma, 'Coming Out,' family changes or living with Autism, ADHD or other physical or cognitive exceptions. As a clinical social worker specializing in working with transitional aged youth (13-29 years old), Pam has been helping families find creative solutions to life problems for the past 30 years. Pam is dedicated to working with youth and families across their lifespan, offering online support and counselling across the globe, where and when you need it. Pam brings a creative, practical, client-centred and relaxed approach to helping others which helps her to engage easily with youth who might not ever want to even go to traditional "talk therapy." Using a trauma-informed lens, Pam knows that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is the medium through which real change and personal growth can happen. Patience, consistency, care and compassion form the basis of everything here so that YOU can find the solutions that work to improve your life, create a strong community of support around you by learning how to build healthy, happy relationships and where we will work together to strentghten your body, mind and soul.
